PBS show “This Old House” is currently remodeling a 1933 Spanish revival home in Silverlake. While the series won’t air until late Jan/Feb of next year, the folks have at PBS have put up a webcam. Now you can watch the sexy grouting action at your desk!
“This Old House” is coming to Silver Lake in January, according to a press release from the folks at the PBS show. The show will renovate a 1930s Spanish Colonial Revival home-photo courtesy of Eastsider LA-owned by local resident Kurt Albrecht. The team will add a second floor, among other renovations.
This is the first time “This Old House” has filmed in LA in its 30-year history, according to the press release. Sounds like the out-of-towners are keen to explore the city, there will also be a segment on the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Hollyhock House and Richard Neutra’s studio in Silver Lake.
